Code of Christian Ethics and Practice The IKB organization is a private Christian organization, intent on helping young men build a relationship with Christ and representing His character on and off the field. It is important that individuals participating with the Kings behave in a manner that will reflect well on the organization and bring honor to Christ.
Coaches, players, parents, and other participants associated with the IKB organization shall always control his/her spirit and demeanor, be slow to anger, and be respectful in speech. A pattern of anger, outbursts, dissension, or derogatory statements shall be subject to discipline. Using words or gestures that demean any participant (including taunting, talking down, or related actions and attitudes), or any swearing will be subject to disciplinary action.
In addition, while participating in or attending an IKB function, members and players shall refrain from acting in a manner contradicting to the organization's Statement of Faith.
