Playing Time Statement
Players and parents must remember that, unlike Little League, teams at the high school level are not required to play all players. This is not a training league. In a competitive environment, the object is to win the game.
Competition is not antithetical to Christianity. IKB coaches will try to win games using the players they believe will best accomplish this goal considering the various circumstances of each game and the strengths and weaknesses of each player and each team they face. Our coaches are encouraged to and will certainly try to give each player playing time.
